4. HIC-SYSTEM

Insert the fork through the lower part of the head tube and fix it
in the way thatwheel axle stays shifted forward, in the direction
of the scooter movement.

Place the cap to the fork bar in the manner that the cut remains
behind. Tighten compression screw with Allen wrench.
•
Make sure that the crown raise ring has taken its position in the
lower steering bearing and has been positioned straight. Turn
the fork a few turns and adjust the tightening torque (tightening
force) to ensure free rotation of the fork and absence of roomi-
ness in bearings
•
Place the clamp on the handlebar. Align the ends of the clamp
and handlebar, then align the cuts.
•
Mount the handlebar with clamp to the fork bar strictly perpen-
dicular to the position of the front wheel.
•
Tighten each screw alternately and uniformly with Allen
wrench. It is necessary to ensure a uniform clamping of the
clamp and the same tightening torque on each screw. Tighten
