7. WARRANTY
The manufacturer guarantees that this product is free of manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.
This guarantee is only valid upon presentation of the product, the completed warranty card and the original
invoice or purchase receipt indicating the date of purchase, type of product and name of the supplier. If the afo-
rementioned documents are not presented or if the in¬formation contained in them is incomplete or illegible,
no claims will be accepted.
Warranty service is void in case of product damage, such as scratches, corrosion as a result of improper
storage or failure to comply with the conditions of use. The guarantee is not applicable, when at any time the
product:
• is used for a purpose other than recreational;
• is modified in some way;
• Rent.
The manufacturer will not be responsible for loss or occasional or consequential damage, due to direct or
indirect use of scooter.
