General usage:
1. Insert the plug into the socket (usually found at the motor of the device), the display
will now be activated.
2. MANUAL will be the first program in the main menu. By means of the PROGRAMS
key you can switch between the different programs, namely the various pre-
programmed programs, USER programs and BODY FAT.
3. With the MODE key user programs can be entered, this involves creating your own
training program.
4. The safety key must be on the treadmill, otherwise the treadmill will cause a
malfunction and will not work.

Stop the training or return to the previous screen.
Start or pause the current training.
Filling in data or changing the speed.
With the shortcuts, the speed can be easily and quickly adjusted.
