USING YOUR HAND MIXER
1. With the speed selector in the OFF position, plug the cord
into power outlet.
2. Turn the speed selector to your desired speed and begin
mixing. The mixer speed will be increased 25% when the
turbo button is depressed.
Tip: always start mixing at slow speeds and increase the
speed gradually to prevent ingredients splashing out of the
mixing bowl. When adding dry ingredients use the lowest
speed to prevent the snow storm effect.
3. The max operation time per time shall not exceed 3
minutes and minimum 15 minutes rest time must be
