Hydraulic Drive System

The deployed hydraulic motors are back-pressure-capable, i.e. two rapeseed/canola crop dividers can be connected in series.
The specified oil flow rate may not be exceeded. If required, a flow control valve must be installed.
Hydraulic hoses according to DIN-EN 853 (2SN; DN 10) or DIN-EN 857 (2SC; DN 10) must be deployed. If the oil supply is de-
livered by the on-board system of the harvester, this must be coordinated with the manufacturer of the harvester, respectively
the cutting table.
Due to the currently applicable safety regulations, the shut down of the harvester cutting table must also lead to the deactivation
of the rapeseed/canola crop divider and other additional devices. This is reached, if
the rapeseed/canola crop divider is supplied with oil from the hydraulic system of the cutting table or
if a solenoid valve interrupts the oil supply when the cutting table is shut down. The solenoid valve must be connected
via a push button
or
via an electrical rocker switch with which the complete head is shut down in the harvester cabin
