PREPARATION

You have to check the water parameters before starting the device, and at the beginning of every
season.

Non-compliance with these recommendations will involve inevitably a misuse of the device which
entails the annulation of warranty.
Be careful with natural water sources!
Avoid using any water from natural sources (rain, run off water, reservoirs, and wells).
Well water can contain different metals, that can lower the performance of the devise –
and result in discolored pool water. Preferably use water from the public water supply.

Clear, free from seaweeds and sediments.
Must be superior to +15°C
Important: Any use under this temperature entails accelerated wear of the cell
and entails the annulation of warranty. The system must be shut off when the
temperature is below +15°C
Stabilized between 7.0 and 7.4
Important: What ever the system of the chemical process, the efficiency of
the chlorine decreases very quickly with the increase of the pH and the scale
deposits appear faster as the pH rate is high or unstable.
To maintain pH in the recommended range, only use a pH corrective product
(acid or basic) advised by your professional. We recommend our Easy Ph
automatic regulatator (Art. 1815).

Less than 35 ppm
Important: The role of the stabilising agent or cyanuric acid is to protect the
chlorine from the decompositioning effects of UV. A too high rate however, will
result in locing the disinfecting effect of the chlorine produced by the device,
thus making it inefficient. Lower the level of stabilizing agent in your pool by
adding fresh water.
More than 1 ppm (mg/l). If necessary, make a chlorination shock.
