OBSERVATIONS
In order to use the unit correctly and safely, the fitter, the user and the maintenance man, within the limits of their respective skills, must scrupulously
observe the contents of this manual.
• Keep this manual in a dry place, to prevent it from deteriorating, for at least 10 years for future reference.
• Carefully read all the information contained in this manual: it gives important indications concerning the safety of installation, use and main-
tenance.
• Pay special attention to the operating instructions accompanied by the words "DANGER" or "ATTENTION" as, if they are not observed,
they can damage the unit and/or people and property.
• For any faults that are not included in this manual, promptly call the local Technical Assistance Service.
• Make sure this manual always remains with the unit.
• The manual is an integral and essential part of the product and must always be given to the user.
• If the unit is sold or transferred to another owner, always make sure the manual accompanies the unit so that it can be consulted by the new
owner and/or by the fitter.
• The maker declines all liability for any damage deriving from the improper use of the unit, and from the partial or superficial reading of
the information contained in the manual.
• The technical data, aesthetic characteristics, components and accessories indicated in this manual are not binding. The maker reserves the right to
make all the changes deemed necessary to improve its product at any time.

SAFETy RULES

When INSTALLING, COMMISSIONING, OPERATING AND SERVICING the units, observe the following safety regulations:
▪ The unit must be installed according to the regulations in force in the country of use, following the manufacturer's instructions, by professionally
qualified staff or by a Technical Service Centre authorised by the manufacturer.
▪ The unit must only be installed and serviced by trained and qualified staff.
▪ Professionally qualified staff are people with specific technical skills in the sector of heating and conditioning system components. All the neces-
sary information can be obtained by calling the Manufacturer.
▪ Prepare the chilled water, hot water and electricity supply lines as indicated in the installation project.
▪ Do not operate the unit unless it and its electrical components have been connected to the earth circuit of the building.
▪ If the unit must be dismounted, protect your hands with safety gloves.
▪ Beware of the sharp sheet metal edges inside the unit.
▪ Beware of the external corners of the unit.
▪ Keep the ventilation grilles free.
▪ Make sure the water supply valve is closed.
▪ Wait for the heat exchanger to cool down.
▪ For units with accessible fans (built-in versions), do not start the unit if it has not been mounted inside a chamber that can only be accessed
using tools.
▪ The fans can reach a speeds of up to 1000 rpm. Do not insert your hands or objects into the fan.
▪ Install a safety switch near the unit, in an easily accessible position, disconnecting it from the mains power supply. Always disconnect the unit
from the mains power supply before performing any cleaning or maintenance operations.
▪ Before accessing the unit, make sure that all the electrical users have been disconnected. In particular, before opening the inspection panels,
make sure the fan is off and cannot be switched without the person working on the unit knowing it.
▪ CHECK THE EARTH CONNECTION !!
▪ The appliance is not suitable for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or who lack experience
or knowledge, unless, through the mediation of a person responsible for their safety, they have had the benefit of supervision or of instructions
on the use of the appliance. Children must be supervised to make sure they do not play with the appliance.
▪ This unit must only be used for heating-conditioning purposes. All other use is deemed improper and therefore hazardous.
▪ If the unit is installed in areas with disabled people and/or children, it must be positioned so that it is not easy to access. Make sure that the door
accessing the internal controls is always closed.
▪ The maker declines all liability for injury to people and animals or damage to property deriving from incorrect installation.
▪ The manufacturer declines all liability for damage deriving from improper, incorrect or unreasonable use.
