SETTING
START keys switch on the corresponding function and recall the setting, except key 8 which
starts or stops the pump showing on DISPLAY 9 the value of the vacuum that has been
reached.
The dryer has a constant heating control, key 4 . It is possible to activate the countdown of a
previously set time for each drawer. This function, only for information, allows the operator to
be sure about the drying time for each plate put in the drawers.
10 working programs are available for the exposure and 10 for the post-exposure; this allows
the operator to work in exposure and post-expoure at the same time using different programs.
To set and recall each program, press P and type the number of the program, from 00 to 09
for the exposure and from 10 to 19 for the post-exposure.
SETTING EXAMPLE
- Press P and type 01 to set values in the first exposure program
- Press MEMO + key 10 and type the back exposure time in secs., press MEMO
- Press MEMO + key 12 and type the exposure time in min., press MEMO
- Press P , type 11 to set values in the first post-exposure program
- Press MEMO + key 14 and type the post-exposure time in min., press MEMO
- Press MEMO + key 16 and type the UV-C time in min., press MEMO
and type the drying temperature in °C, press MEMO
- Press MEMO + key 4
- Press MEMO + key 6 1 and type the drying time in min. for the first drawer, press MEMO
Repeat this operation to set the time in the following drawers.
By pressing P 32 the sequence of the post-exposure and of the UV-C exposure is automatic,
the display will then show "A".
By pressing P 33 these operations are back to manual and the "A" on the display disappears.
OTHER PROGRAMS
Exposure tubes temperature
- setting: P 92 enter the desired value and press P to confirm
- reading: press the exposure START key then P 93, press P to exit
Post-exposure and UV-C exposure temperature
- setting: P 90, enter the desired value and press P to confirm
- reading: press the drying START key then P 91, press P to exit
If, at the end of the day, there are still some plates being dryed, it is possible to have the
heater switched off at the end of the last time set:
press MEMO + key 6 of the drawer not being used and type 999 - press MEMO.
To see how many hours have the lamps been working press P 94.
- DISPLAY 13 will show the data of the exposure lamps.
- DISPLAY 15 will show the data of the post-exposure lamps.
- DISPLAY 17 will show the data of the UVC lamps.
To reset working hours (necessary when lamps are to be changed):
