Switching on the machine an exhausting system is started to prevent fumes from
remaining in the room.
On the front there is the control panel.
- 21PHILIPS TL 80W/10R tubes + 1 yellow light tube, all assembled in the lid
- The yellow light is automatically lighted when the lid opens
- Temperature sensor directly on the tubes. When the optimum level, 41°C, is reached,
a system automatically starts the aspiration of hot air to avoid overheating.
- Vacuum: max. size 1200x900 mm.
- Vacuum surface in a special metal with a special black grain painting to avoid reflections.
- Under the vacuum surface there is an aluminium plate with a copper coil inside which
a flow of water is running (optional) to mantain the temperature of the flexo plate during
the exposure
- Temperature sensor in the vacuum surface
- (optional) thermostat for the water in the exposure surface
- Dry centrifugal pump: rate 2 m3/hour.
- Unrolling vacuum sheet with spare roll
- Back exposure time from 1 to 999 secs.
- Exposure time from 1 to 999 min.
- Countdown on DISPLAY. The word END appears at the end of the time set and
disappears when the lid is opened
- Interruption of the countdown and of the lamps function when opening the lid.
Closing it, everything starts again.
- Vacuum showed in bar on DISPLAY.
- A numerical key allows to read the working hours of the lamps on the display and to
reset after the lamps replacement.
- 19 PHILIPS TL 60W/10R tubes for the post-exposure and 18 PHILIPS TUV 75 tubes
for the UVC exposure are assembled in a drawer.
- A temperature sensor automatically starts the forced air circulation at a temperature
of more than 41°C, to prevent the plate from overheating
- Fumes exhausting from the central blower.
- Plate-holder in a drawer.
- UVA exposure time from 1 to 999 min.
- UVC exposure time from 1 to 999 min.
