Spare parts or repairs may be ordered from local
specialist retailers or Wilo customer service.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, all data from
the rating plate must be specified with every
order.

Cause
Valve twist guard no longer operates
Float ball no longer sits tightly on the
lever arm
Adjustment of the lever arm is loose or
no longer corresponds to the prevailing
supply pressure
Close gasket in the valve
Adjustment of lever arm or float ball has
altered
Residual pressure is insufficient
Inlet pipe is installed incorrectly
Nominal diameter of the inlet pipe is too
small
Outlet passage is blocked or restricted
Electrodes or water sensor signal is incor-
rectly connected or incorrectly adjusted
Low-water signal transmitter is
defective
Remedy
Fix the position using the 2 screws below the
valve inlet
Check and fix accordingly; replace if
necessary
Readjust and fasten
Replace gasket
Readjust and fasten
Check and correct any faults
Check the inlet pipe and change the pipe
routing if necessary
Check the inlet pipe and increase the cross-
section of the inlet pipe if necessary
Check and correct any faults
Check the installation or setting and correct
it
Check and, if necessary, replace the
low-water signal transmitter
