2.0 Safety instructions

2.1 General Power Tool Safety Warnings
Read all safety warnings and all
instructions.
Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may
result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future
reference.
The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your
mains-operated (corded) power tool or
battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
Disconnect the power supply before any maintenance is
carried out. Use only the recommended blade and ensure
it is sharp before starting. Maintenance should be underta-
ken only by qualified personnel. Use only genuine WOLFF
spare parts.
Warning
When using the grooving machine
always wear goggles and ear protectors supplied.
Otherwise you are in danger of injuring your eyes or
your ears.This machine works at a high speed and
these precautions are for your safety!
2.2 Accident prevention regulation noise
(VBG 121)
The entrepreneur has to provide suitable hearing protec-
tors available to insured persons who are employed in the
noise area. The insured must use the hearing protection in
noise areas.
When working without ear protectors can cause an im-
pairment of health. In particular, it can lead to a hazard or
damage to the hearing or an increased risk of accidents.
Each machine comes with safety
goggles and ear protection. Plea-
se always use these for your own
safety!
