11. Configuring email sent upon triggering (optional)
Press the settings icon

If your email provider is not on the list below, click on
"autre adresses e-mail" [other email addresses]
To program an alert to be sent when movement
is detected, you need 2 email addresses: the
address of the sender, which will be used by the
camera, and the address that will receive the alerts.
The camera uses the username and password
of the sender address to connect and send the
email. Configuration depends on the chosen email
provider's settings.
Note: the 2 addresses can be the same (you will
simply be sending an email to yourself)
In our example, we use Orange.fr:
adresseenvoi@orange.fr
destinataire@orange.fr receives the alerts. Both
addresses must have been created beforehand /
already exist.

Send to: Enter the email address here that will

Displays the encryption type used (associated with
the port selected)
Note: whatever your email provider, the password,
smtp, port, etc. settings for the sending address are
used... However, you must ensure that the alerts are
not treated as spam by the recipient's inbox.
Note: some email providers will not accept that the
camera sends notifications without authorisation
from you. Refer to your mailbox safety settings for
more details.
Information: Our technical support will not be able
to help you with these settings if you contact them,
as it depends solely on your mailbox. For more
information and to find out the precise settings to
use, please contact your email account provider.
12. Configuring video recordings on a microSD card
(optional)
Your camera has a microSDHC card slot (card not
included), providing it with storage space for videos
taken when triggered. Insert a microSDHC card (32
GB max.) into the camera to use these functions.
