1. Download the DIY Smart
the App Store or Google Play. During installation,
you may be asked to authorise the application to
send notifi cations: you should accept this in order to
be notifi ed by the app if the alarm is triggered.
2. Turn on the camera: after a few seconds it will
emit a series of beeps at regular intervals, meaning
that it is ready to be confi gured.
3. Connect your smartphone or tablet to the same
network to which you connected the camera.
Important: fi rst connect your smartphone or tablet
to the WiFi network that you want your camera to
use.
Not compatible with 5 GHz WiFi. Special characters
(#!»&@ etc.) in your security key as well as HT40
(40 MHz bandwidth) may lead to confi guration
diffi culties.
Please check the WiFi settings of your box with
your Internet service provider if you experience
connection diffi culties.
4. Launch the Diy Smart application. When
launching the app for the fi rst time, enter your login
details and press "Connecter" [Log in]. If you don't
have an account, press "Enregistrer" [Save], the
application will ask you to create an account using
your email address:

Note: if two devices share the same account,
they cannot receive an alert at the same time. We
recommend creating an account on a device that is
likely to be in use if the camera detects an intrusion.

5. To pair your camera via WiFi:
• Press the "+" in the top right and select "ajouter
un nouveau dispositif" [Add a new device].
• Select "Smartlink".
• Enter your WiFi password and press "suivant"

• Make sure the camera beeps steadily (press the
reset button for 10 seconds if not) and then press

• Make sure that your smartphone's volume is
turned up to maximum and that it is not on silent.
• Press "Suivant" [Next] to send the settings to the
camera.
6. Enter the name that you want to give your camera
(anything you choose) and enter your camera's login
password. By default, the camera's password is set
to 123.
Lastly, press "Conserver" [Save] in the top right
of the screen. Your camera is now paired and
accessible from your smartphone or tablet.
7. Change your camera's default password for
greater security by pressing the red shield
