When the top part of the grill is not being used, be sure to place it in an upright position so as to
avoid any unnecessary risks. Always use the handle to move the top up and down as the
surface of the appliance gets hot. .
1.- After use, make sure to turn off the machine and if possible unplug it from the power supply.
Wait for it to cool down.
2.- Remove any traces of oils, fats or foods that may remain on the grill, and then clean the grill
using soapy water. Avoid getting water inside the appliance through its ventilation slots.
3.- Remove, empty and clean the fats collection tray, then place it back into position.
4.- Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the stainless
steel surfaces when cleaning. Make sure to dry all of the elements well before reassembling
it.
5.- If the grinder will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away
from humidity.
