4 BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
!
C A U T I O N
• When water leakage occurs, stop the operation and contact your contractor.
• When you smell or white smoke occurs from the DHWT, stop the system and contact your contractor.

NO OPERATION
- Check whether the SET TEMPERATURE of YUTAKI
system is set at the correct temperature.
Check electrical connection from Unit and DHWT (Fuse
-
or Circuit Breaker operation)
- Check Water Temperature and possible Thermostat Cut-
Out activation (if higher than 90ºC > thermostat Cut-Out)
- Check Water Pressure and Water Flow (at least 0.1MPa.)
- Check that manual thermostat of DHWT are set at
maximum water set point by YUTAKI System control
(Check water set point by Anti-Legionella)

NOT HEATING WELL
- Check for obstruction of water flow inside Water Circuit.
Check if the water pressure conditions is not within the
-
operating range.
- Check electrical connection from Controller System and
DHWT.
- In case of non-functioning heater should be checked.
