12. Troubleshooting
If there is a gas leak, the machine must not be used. If it is already in operation, close the cylinder valve
immediately and have the machine checked and repaired by customer service.
Fault Test
Smell of gas a) Check the seal on the bottle
b) Check all the gas supply parts
with leakage detection spray or
soap suds
Burner fails to ignite a) Is there still gas in the cylinder?
b) Is the cylinder valve open?
c) Is the ignition unit correctly
connected?
d) Does the spark jump over from
the ignition?
Flame flashback – in rare cases a) A blubbering noise or a small
the flames may flash back as far explosion is produced
as the burner pipes

13. Packaging

The machine is supplied in packaging to prevent its
being damaged in transit. This packaging is raw
material and can therefore be reused or can be
returned to the raw material system.

14. Ordering replacement parts

Please quote the following data when ordering
replacement parts:

Identification number of the machine

Remedy
a) Replace it if the seal is defective
b) Tighten loose connections
a) Have the cylinder refilled.
b) Open the valve
c) Fit the ignition correctly as
described
d) Check the cable for defects
a) Close the cylinder valve
immediately, wait for 1 minute and
then restart the device. If this
phenomenon occurs again, clean
the burner and pipe
