Switching on
You can use the "switch on / switch off" push
button to switch the portable warning unit on
and off. To switch on the unit, push and hold
the push button until the portable warning unit
starts up. The unit vibrates as it is switched
on. A feedback tone sounds.
To switch off the unit, push and hold the push
button until the portable warning unit shuts
down.
Rechargeable battery charge state
The LED indicates the operating status and
the charge state of the mobile warning unit.
The following operating statuses are possible:
LED off:

The mobile warning unit is switched off
LED flashes green:
●
The portable warning unit is switched on.
The charge state is more than 20% of the
total capacity.
LED flashes red:
●
The portable warning unit is switched on.
The charge state is less than 20% of the to-
tal capacity. A periodic warning sound is al-
so emitted.
NOTE
Portable warning units with the part number

0009734928 can only be charged using the
rectangular Safety Guard charging station.
Portable warning units with the part number
●
0009734938 can be charged using both
Safety Guard charging stations.
