2. Unplug your monitor's cable from the PC and plug it into the
VGA output jack on the Pass-Through box. Connect the VGA
plug of the short cable of the Pass Through Box to your video
card's output.
3. Plug the Gun Units or Gun and Handheld Unit into the 13-
pin circular jacks in the back of the Base Unit.
4. Plug the power supply into a convenient AC power socket
and then into the rear of the GS Base unit.
5. Finally, turn on your PC.
NOTE: The GS base unit should remain powered on whenever
the VGA pass-through box is connected to the PC, since the
video signal cannot pass through to the monitor when the
power is off. If you experience a dark screen, make sure the
power supply is plugged in to the GS.

1. Insert the ACT LABS GS Setup CD-ROM. The setup
program should automatically start. If not, run the Setup
program in the main folder of the installation CD-ROM.
Follow the instructions on the screen. This will automatically
install the drivers. You will need to have DirectX 5 or later for
the GS to work. If you do not have DirectX 5 or later, the
installation program will ask if you would like to install it.
