ACT LABS Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser of the
ACT LABS GS Gun System that it will be free from
defects in workmanship and materials for a period of
one year from the original date of purchase.
Damage due to misuse or abuse of the product is not
covered under the warranty. No other warranty, express
or implied, is provided. ACT LABS Ltd. does not warrant
against the user's inability to install or use any ACT
LABS product, drivers, or bundled software owing to
computer or game-console hardware or software
misconfiguration, defect, or other incompatibility with
the ACT LABS product, drivers, or bundled software.
To obtain service during the warranty period, first
obtain a Return Authorization Number directly from
ACT LABS Technical Support. Once you have the RMA
number, send your defective unit along with a copy of
the sales receipt and a description of the problem,
postage prepaid, to the address given to you with the
RMA number. Products returned without a valid RMA
number will be refused. The final decision on whether to
repair or replace products under warranty will be at
ACT LABS sole discretion.
