General Power Tool Safety Recommendations
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions
may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term "power tool" in the recommendations refers to mains-operated (corded) power tools and
battery-operated (cordless) power tools.
1. Work area safety.
a) Keep the work area clean and well lit. Working in cluttered and dark areas can lead to
accidents.
b) Do not operate the power tool in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
