Preparation
Before mounting and starting operation of the ProX1,
please consider the following notices:
1) Locate the optimal mounting position. It should be
out of reach of people and only accessible by ladder.
However, mount the camera low enough to have a
clear view of people's faces.
2) Check WiFi connection. Before mounting the ProX1
camera, test the connection of your WiFi. A strong and
stable connection is required. You can do this by
trying to surf the web on your smartphone or tablet
while being connected to your WiFi at the mounting
location.
3) Observe local laws and requirements when
installing surveillance equipment.
4) Router settings: The camera supports the 2.4 Ghz
frequency. In rare cases the 5 Ghz frequency needs to
be switched off during installation. It can be turned
back on once the camera is in operation.
