The "Call" option allows to make the call simply pressing the "OK"
key or lifting the handset.
The "Read" option allows to show on the display the telephone
number of the caller, the time of arrival of the call and if the calling
extension is internal or external (E=external I= internal).
The "Delete" option allows to delete the telephone number of the
caller from the list of the unanswered calls.
The "Store" option allows to memorize the caller between the
extensions of the "Local telephone book" (see relative menu) and to
assign a direct dial key and a ring choosen between the available
ones.

Direct dial keys

Directly associating a key to an extension stored in the local
telephone book is possible. Choosing this option, you will be
required to press a function key of the telephone (if there aren't
extensions in the local telephone book, the "Telephone book empty"
string will appear and therefore any association will not be
possible).
If the key hasn't previous association in local telephone book,
assigning one of the present extensions in the local telephone
book itself (running the names of the telephone book or through the
directed introduction of the name) will be possible.
If the key has previous association in local telephone book, the
associated name is shown and the relative led starts bliking red. It
will be possible to leave the previous association, to remove the
association, to associate to the key a new element present in the
local telephone book.
Running the names of the telephone book, possible association
presented by the extension from time to time, can be signalled,
according to the system release, with a fast lightening green of the
relative led.
If you proceed with the operation, the first association will be
automatically removed.
