- lift the handset
- dial the "generic call pick up" prefix
To make an individual answer for absent:
- lift the handset
- dial the "individual call pick up" prefix
- dial the [extension number of the telephone] that is
ringing.

10.14. Intercom

To use the loudspeaker of the telephone to make an announcement:
- press the [INTERCOM] key, if customized
- dial the [desired single or group telephone number]: the
called extensions receive a call warning, loudspeakers are
active, the telephone displays are updated with name and
number of the caller
- make the announcement.
You can use this service even during the call by pressing the
[INTERCOM] key.
It is possible to answer an intercom call, in the following ways,
according to the customization:
- lift the handset
or
- lift the handset and dial the "answer to intercom call" prefix
After the call is answered the loudspeakers and the displays of the
other telephones will be released.

10.15. Automatic answer

Enabling this service your telephone automatically answers to internal
calls; after one ring, the telephone automatically answers and the
hands free service starts: you can start talking without lifting the
handset.
To enable the service (from extension enabled to automatic answer):
- with the handset on hook, hold the
