3.3. Installation

The Hygro-Presence RF comprises a
sensor (the front) and a power unit (the
rear). The power unit has been designed
for mounting in a flush socket. The two
parts are supplied disassembled.
When fitting the sensor, first
mount the connector in the
power unit. The connector
in the power unit is located
underneath. We recommend
fitting a Hygro-Presence RF
sensor in each 'wet' space.
The Hygro-Presence sensor must be
connected in accordance with locally
applicable regulations.
Presence sensor is IP44 classified and
should therefore be fitted in zone 2.

combinations
Multiple sensors/switches
connected to the ComfoFan system.
However, some combinations of sensors
and switches cause
conflicts. For example, only 1 master
may be fitted to the ComfoFan system.
There are two sensors that can be used as
master in the ComfoFan system:

A CO main control;

A Hygro-Presence sensor.
The Hygro-Presence sensor determines
itself whether it should be slave or master
by checking whether a master is already
fitted to the ComfoFan system. If the
Hygro-Presence sensor is connected as
the first sensor to the ComfoFan system, it
automatically becomes the master for the
system. If another Hygro-Presence sensor
or a CO main control is fitted to the

ComfoFan system, the Hygro-Presence
sensor will automatically become slave.
