3. Bohrungen für Schaltschloss und
Treibriegelstange unten
Bohrlehre 499.124 mit 3 mm Abstand
zur Flügelfalzkante festklemmen und
5 Löcher ø 4,7 mm bohren. Vorher die
Alublende im Bereich des mittleren
Lochs entfernen (Abb. 6).
Anschliessend das mittlere Loch auf
ø 23 mm aufbohren.
Beim Profil 605.685.2 ist als Verstär-
kung der unteren Treibriegelstange die
Stangenführung aus Art.-Nr. 555.342
einzuschweissen. Anschliessend das
Sockelprofil mit ø 10,5 mm durch-
bohren (Abb. 7).

3. Perçages pour serrure de maintien
et tringle de fermeture inférieure
Serrer le gabarit de perçage 499.124
à 3 mm de distance de la feuillure du
vantail et percer 5 trous de ø 4,7 mm.
Enlever auparavant l'écran en alumi-
nium situé au niveau du trou central
(fig. 6).
Percer ensuite le trou central avec
un ø de 23 mm.
Pour le profilé 605.685.2, il convient
de souder la conduite de tringle (réf.
555.342) pour renforcer la tringle de
fermeture inférieure. Ensuite, percer
le socle avec un ø 10,5 mm (fig. 7).

3. Holes for switch latch and bottom
shoot bolt rod
Clamp the drilling jig 499.124 in place
at a distance of 3 mm from the edge
of the leaf rebate and drill 5 holes ø
4.7 mm. Beforehand, remove the
aluminium cover in the area of the
central hole (Fig. 6).
Afterwards, drill the central hole out
to ø 23 mm.
Weld the rod guide from Art. No.
555.342 into the profile 605.685.2 as
a reinforcement for the bottom shoot
bolt rod. Then drill through the sill
profile with ø 10.5 mm (Fig. 7).
