Operating instructions
ded pressure is 2.5 bar. The maximum air pressure is 4 bar. All the available
airbrush colours are suitable, and should have the consistency of milk, other-
wise they can be thinned down.
Cleaning the airbrush
Empty the airbrush of unused paint.
Use the appropriate thinners in the colour cup, spray out any residue into a
cloth cupped around the air cap, pay attention to instructions supplie with the
thinners.
If colours are left in the airbrush for long periods it may be advisable to remo-
ve the needle, air cap and nozzle for careful cleaning.
Dismantling the air nozzle set (graph 1)
Empty the colour cup and spray out any remaining paint. Clean out the air-
brush thoroughly.
Disconnect the airbrush from the air supply.
Release the needle-locking nut.
Carefully pull out the needle.
Unscrew the air cap.
Fitting the nozzle set.
The nozzle, air cap and needle are coordinated to each other in size and
should not be mixed with other sizes.
Push the nozzle into the air cap.
Screw the air cap into the airbrush body.
Carefully push the needle into the airbrush.
Tighten the needle-locking nut.
Converting the air control lever for left handed users
1. Loosen the air control lever screw by using the universal spanner.
2 Remove the lever and turn the finger grip 180 degrees.
3. Insert the air control lever into the left side of the airbrush and secure the
screw.
Removing the colour cup COLANI with gravity feed system
Clean the colour cup.
Unscrew the colour cup.
Screw in the new colour cup making sure the thread is free of any paint.
