ADJUSTMENTS
COMBUSTION HEAD ADJUSTMENT
Remove plug A and adjust the combustion head using a screwdriver to turn pin
B. Turn clockwise for middle-low delivery; turn anti-clockwise for middle-high
delivery. Use pointer C, placed under the upper cover, in order to check the
correct position.
AIR SHUTTER ADJUSTMENT
After having untightened the screw 3, adjust screw 4 to obtain the combustion
air adjustment as indicated by the figures shown on index 5.
Once adjustment has been completed lock screw 3.
ADJUSTING START-UP GAS DELIVERY
Connect the pressure gauge to the pressure connector nipples at inlet D and
outlet C. Loosen the regulator by turning the main gas adjustment screw B
anti-clockwise.
Note: When the regulator is loosened you will hear a click as you turn the
adjustment screw. Start up the gas unit.
Adjust start-up gas pressure via the start-up gas adjustment A.
Turning clockwise increases pressure.
Turning anti-clockwise decreases pressure.
ADJUSTING MAIN GAS DELIVERY
Connect the pressure gauge to the pressure connector nipples at inlet D and
outlet C. Start up the gas unit. Burner pressure must be adjusted by means of
the main gas adjustment screw B.
Turning clockwise increases pressure.
Turning anti-clockwise decreases pressure.
