Installation of the LOVE STORY bathtub with plastic front panel
Follow instructions for installing LOVE STORY bathtub
parts 1 - 12
. Continue as follows:

. Leave the bathtub still upside down, Take the long bent bolts
and put one nut, a top panel clip
end of each, according to

. On the other end of the long bent bolts, fit another nut, washer and
distance tube. Pass the end of the bolts through the outer holes of the
support frames

another washer and nut. Lightly tighten the nuts. Fit to the top ends,
the top supports

and adjust the nuts and bolts until the long bolts
are angled similar to the slope of the panel and with the top supports
just resting under the rim of the bathtub without deforming it. Draw
a line around the top supports, on to the underside of the bathtub rim.

. Loosen the bent bolt

. Re-fit the long bent bolts with the top support in place, again
adjusting it to touch without deforming the rim of the bathtub. Tighten
all the nuts.
Caution: do not overstress the rim.

. The top panel clips 104, which should be fitted and adjusted to be
just under the rim, have a dual function. The bottom part works as
a support for the panel and the top edge has a sprung shape which
provides retention of the cut edge of the panel. While the bathtub is
still inverted, check the panel for good location into the top panel
clips. Adjust clips if necessary and re-tighten the nuts. The panel
must terminate just under the rim and copy the outside shape of the
bathtub.

. Place the bathtub the correct way up into the desired final corner
location. Measure the height of the panel and if necessary readjust
the height of the bathtub to suit. There may be 2 - 3 mm tolerance
allowable. Mark the height of the bathtub rim on to the facing walls.

. Put the panel into place in the top clips and draw a line around the
bottom edge of the panel on to the floor and side walls. Once again,
final adjustments can be made to the bathtub height if necessary.

. Be aware that the top edge of the bathtub rim is not completely
level as the design allows for water to run off, therefore, all
measurements should be taken from the underside of the bathtub
rim. Draw a line on the back and side wall from the top edge of the
bathtub rim. Mark on the wall and on the bathtub rim, four equal
positions for the plastic clip

. Put the bathtub aside. Measure down from the line on the
wall, dimension H (by measuring the individual depths at each place)
plus 15 mm. Make marks on the wall and drill four holes
these points. Insert wall plugs and fit the plastic clips with screws and
washers with the long edge of the clip pointing upwards.

. Place panel against the wall according to the markings. Take the

. In the selected places, put the clips
the panel. Move the clip inwards toward the bathtub by about 3 - 4
mm. Mark the centres of the elongated holes. Put panel to one side

. To stabilize the bottom part of the panel, install spring clips
and nuts

to the bottom end of the long bent bolts. Replace
bathtub and according to the marks on the floor, adjust the clips by
moving them on the bolts. After adjusting, tighten the nuts.

. Install the siphon.

. Fit the molitan strip and apply a silicon bead above. Put silicon on
the back wall plastic clips and fit bathtub into its final position,
according to instructions D14 and 15 of bathtub installation
instructions. Connect siphon to waste pipe and any bathtub mounted
taps.Fit panel and level it at the positions of the panel clips. Carefully
mark positions of panel clips on to the front of the panel.

. Using the
3 mm drill, drill through the panel and panel clips
together. Fix the panel with the four self-tapping screws
plastic washers. Fit the plastic caps

. If required, you can apply silicon putty in the gap between the tiles
and the walls and in the horizontal connecting places.
