Removing the ceramic headpart.
Shut off the hot
and cold water supply.
Figure 10:
1.Lever out the cap H and remove the screw I.
2.Remove the shut-off handle D, the splined
adapter J and the economy stop K.
3.Unscrew the nut O and remove the ceramic
headpart P using a 17mm open-ended spanner.
Install in reverse order.

engage the bore in the fitting.
Figure 5: Fit the shut-off handle D so that the D2
marking coincides with the marking on the scale ring.
Fault
Flow rate noticeably
reduced.
Shower head dripping
continuously.
Hot water flowing in cold
water line; cold water
flowing in hot water line.
No change in temperature
using temperature control
handle.
Maintenance and repair
Possible cause
- Insufficient supply pressure.
- Dirt strainers blocked.
- Shower head blocked.
- Shower hose twisted or kinked.
- Ceramic headpart leaking.
- Non-return valve not closing.
- "Cross flow" and high pressure
differences in installation system.
- Water temperature too low.
- Thermostatic compact cartridge
defective.

Shut off the hot
and cold water supply.

Figure 11: Remove the dirt strainer C.
Remove the connection nipple S by turning clockwise
(left-hand thread) using a 12mm allen key.
Remove the non-return valve T.
Remove the non-return valve U.
Install in reverse order.
Replace the dirt strainer C during this process.
Please contact your installer in the event of faults not
described here.
Measure
- Check upstream installation.
- Figure 11: Check dirt strainers C in
the inlets.
- Page 2: Clean shower head.
- Replace shower hose.
- Figure 10: Replace ceramic
headpart P.
- Figure 11: Clean non-return valve T
or replace completely.
- Check cold and hot water pressure of
installation system and eliminate
pressure difference.
- Flow temperature of at least 42 °C
must be ensured.
- Figure 7: Replace complete
thermostatic compact cartridge N.
