Several symbols are used to guide you through these instructions which draw your atten-
tion to important points:

Safety warnings

STOBAG terrace awnings have been developed for use as sun protection systems and are
built according to the mentioned regulations. Protection against rain is possible thanks to
waterproof cover and the following fulfilled requirements:

PERGOLINO P3600, which are optionally fitted with manual stops on the front rail, must be
unlocked before the covering is retracted.
Depending on the optional lighting systems, lamps or transformers may emit great
amounts of heat. Pay attention to the safety distances from nearby objects.
Modifications may be made to a sun protection system or the configuration of an auto-
matic system with electric power only with the agreement of STOBAG or the specialist
supplier. Modifications to a sun protection system can create a dangerous situation and
considerable risk of damage to people or objects.
Only fabrics with Protect Plus Fire can meet the high standards of flame resistance (as
specified in DIN 4102-1, class B1) that are brought to bear on some commercial and
public buildings.
