How to care for your earphones
Keep the earphones in their charging box. Avoid exposing the
earphones and their charging box to temperature extremes.
Recommendable range of temperatures for using the earphones is
from 0 to 45°C. Protect the earphones and their charging box from rain
and moisture.

Frequently asked questions

Earphones pair, but only one of them is playing
• Earphones have not been interconnected (as the orange LED
indicates). Put both earphones close to each other and press control
button (2) on the one, which does not play. White LED will indicate
successful interconnection.
• Do new pairing of earphones.
Music is being interrupted (audio tends to fail)
• Make sure that Bluetooth is not disabled anyway and that you, are, with
your earphones near the device paired.
• The earphones communicate with each other on the sane frequency as
WiFi (2.4GHz). Should any interference appear, try to change the channel
on your WiFi router.
• Charge your earphones.
Earphones cannot be interconnected with mobile phone
• Make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your mobile device.
• Put the earphones closer to your mobile phone.
• Do new pairing of earphones.
