Troubleshooting
DANGER!
Switch off and unplug the device before
maintenance�
Symptom
The appliance fails to start�
Pressure fluctuation or drop.
The engine stops�
Oscillatory pressure�
The appliance is working but the
pressure is low or there's no pres-
sure at all�
Electrical shock
• Check the mains plug in the
socket�
• The socket is faulty�
• The fuse tripped�
• The extended cable is faulty�
• The pump induces air�
• The filter is clogged or faulty.
• Pump seals are worn�
• Incorrect supply voltage�
• Engine temperature protection
tripped�
• The nozzle of the washing gun
is partially clogged�
• Air in the water supply hose�
• Incorrect water supply�
• The nozzle of the washing gun
is partially clogged�
• The filter is partially clogged or
damaged�
• The water supply hose is con-
strained or bent�
• Frozen water inside the pump /
hoses / accessories�
• No water supply�
• The filter / nozzle is clogged.
Only service support representatives can con-
duct repair works and work with electrical assem-
blies�
You can remove small defects yourself following the
hazard�
instructions below� When in doubt, contact service
support authorized representatives�

Recommended action
• Push the plug into the socket�
• Use another socket�
• Replace the fuse� Unplug other
devices to reduce the load on the
mains�
• Plug in the appliance without the
extended cable�
• Check the tightness of hoses
and connections�
• Clear or replace the filter.
• Contact the authorized service
center�
• Make sure that the supply volt-
age corresponds to the data speci-
fied on the appliance case.
• Leave the engine to cool down
for 15 minutes�
• Clear the nozzle of the washing
gun�
• Remove the jet pipe and press
the release lever, turn on the tap
and switch on the appliance� Wait
till the working pressure is uniform�
• Check water supply compliance
with the technical data� The mini-
mum allowable diameter of the wa-
ter supply hose is 1/2" or Ø 13 mm�
• Clear the nozzle of the washing
gun�
• Clear or replace the filter.
• Expand the water supply hose�
• Leave the pump, hoses and ac-
cessories to thaw�
• Make sure that all connections
are correct and the water supply
system functions properly�
• Clear the filter / nozzle.
