Befestigung des Tränkebeckens
Die SUEVIA-Tränke Mod. 370-MS½" kann an
der Wand oder an Rohren befestigt werden.
Zur Montage an ein Rohr 1" - 1½" ist ein
SUEVIABefestigungsbügel Best.-Nr.
131.0152 erforderlich. Zur Montage an einer
Wand sind 2 durchgehende Schrauben
erforderlich. Zur Montage in einer Ecke sind 4
durchgehende Schrauben erforderlich.
Einbauhöhe
Empfohlene Einbauhöhe bis Beckenrand
über Einstreu bzw Boden:
Schafe: 30 cm
Kälber: 40 - 60 cm
Ziegen: 30 cm
Achtung!
Vor Anschluss des Tränkebeckens die
Wasserleitung gut durchspülen!
Wasserdruck
Maximal 6 bar Wasserdruck!
Wasser-Anschluss
Wir empfehlen als waagrechte Zuleitung 1" zu
verwenden. Zum Anschliessen der Stichleitung
½" ist die Verwendung einer SUEVIA
Anbohrschelle Best.-Nr. 101.0525 vorgesehen.
Wasseranschluss ½" von oben. Verschraubung
ist zweckmäßig. Anschluss aber auch ohne
Verwendung einer Verschraubung möglich.
Dabei muss das Anschlussrohr Best.-Nr.
102.0711 mittels Gabelschlüssel festgehalten
werden. Der Sechskant des Anschlussrohres
muss immer am Beckenkörper anliegen.
Anschlussrohr so weit verdrehen, dass die
Regulierschraube Best.-Nr. 102.0634 nach
vorne zeigt.
Mit Arretierschraube Best.-Nr.
102.0689 das Anschlussrohr sichern. Achten
Sie darauf, dass beim Einschrauben des
Ventils in die Wasserleitung die Ventildichtung
Best.-Nr. 102.0727 nicht beschädigt wird.
Einregulieren der Wassermenge
Durch drehen der Regulierschraube Best.-Nr.
102.0634 nach links wird die Durchflussmenge
eingestellt:
Schlitz senkrecht = maximale Wassermenge
Schlitz quer = geringe Wassermenge
Regulierschraube nicht herausdrehen!
Die Durchflussmenge ist richtig eingestellt,
wenn sich die Schale in 15-20 sec. füllt.
Fixation of Drinking Bowl
SUEVIA Drinking Bowl Mod. 370-MS½" is
suited to be fixed on a wall as well as on a tube.
For installation on tubes 1" - 1½", one Fixing
Bracket Ref. 131.0152 is necessary. 2 strong
screws are necessary for installation on walls
of wood or concrete. 4 strong screws are
necessary for installation in a corner.
Installation height
Recommended installation height from
the floor respectively straw until bowl edge:
sheep: 30 cm / 12"
calves: 40 - 60 cm / 16" - 24"
goats: 30 cm / 12"
Attention!
Flush water line well before you connect
the bowl!
Watter pressure
Maximal 6 bar / 87 psi water pressure!
Water Connection
We recommend as horizontal tube the use of a
1" pipe. It is foreseen for installation of the
connecting pipe ½" the use of SUEVIA Boring
Bracket Ref. 101.0525. Water connection from
the top by ½". A union is highly recommended.
Water connection however can be done without
using a union. For this purpose
tube Ref. 102.0711 must be held and secured
by means of a fork wrench. The hexagon of the
connecting tube must always fit and lay on the
body of the bowl. In advance turn the
Nun
connecting tube so far that the regulation
screw Ref. 102.0634 points forward. The
connecting tube must be secured and blocked
in the Bowl with a stopping screw Ref.
102.0689.
Pay attention that when screwing in
the valve into water line the sealing
Ref. 102.0727 is not damaged.
Adjustment of the water quantity
Water quantity will be adjusted by turning the
regulating screw
Ref.
102.0634 to the left:
Slot in vertical position = high water flow
Slot in cross position = low water flow
Never turn out regulation screw completely!
The water quantity is correctly adjusted, if the
bowl is fillde within 15-20 seconds.
Installation de l'abreuvoir
L'abreuvoir SUEVIA Mod. 370-MS½" peut
être fixé sur mur ou sur tubes. Pour fixation
sur tubes de 1" - 1½", utiliser 1 étrier Réf.
131.0152 tuyaux par abreuvoir. Pour fixation
sur mur béton ou bois, utiliser 2 vis avec
écrou. Au montage dans un coin 4 vis
continues sont nécessaires.
Hauteur d'installation
Hauteur remommdée de la litière au
rebord de la cuve:
moutons: 30 cm
veaux: 40 - 60 cm
chevres: 30 cm
Important !
Avant toute mise en service de
l'abreuvoir, bien purger la canalisation !
Pression d'eau
Pression maximum 6 bar.
Raccordement d'eau
Pour des performances optimales il est
conseillé d'utiliser un tuyau de 1" de diamètre.
Pour raccorder l'abreuvoir à la canalisation ½"
vous pouvez utiliser un collier Réf. 101.0525.
Le branchement de l'eau ½" est possible par le
haut à l'aide d'un raccord union, en bloquant le
the connecting
tuyau de jonction Réf. 102.0711 avec une
pince. L'installation d'un raccord union n'est
pas obligatoire mais toutefois conceillée.
vis six pans du tube de jonction doit toujours
rester en contact avec la cuve de l'abreuvoir.
Le tube de jonction en laiton doit être bloqué
à l'aide de la vis d'arrêt Réf. 102.0689. Avec
blockage,il faut orienter ce tube de facon à ce
que la vis de réglage soit en facade.
attention en vissant la valve dans la conduite
d'eau de ne pas endommager le joint
Réf. 102.0727.
Réglage du débit
Le débit d'eau se régle en tournant la vis
Réf. 102.0634 vers la gauche.
Fente verticale
Fente horizontale = débit minimum
Ne jamais ôter la vis de réglage
complètement!
Le débit est bon lorsque la
cuve est pleine à ras-bord au bout de
15 à 20 secondes.
