Beschreibung

Der pneumatische
Drehantrieb DA 16 besteht
aus einem Alu-Gehäuse 1,
der Zahnritzelwelle 2, den
Zahnstangen 3 und 4,
dem Nutring 31, der
Anschlagplatte 7 und den
Anschlagschrauben 12.
Die Zahnritzelwelle ist auf
Rillenkugellagern 28
gelagert.
Der Drehwinkel lässt sich
mit Hilfe der Anschlag-
schrauben 12 einstellen,
welche je nach Dreh-
richtung links oder rechts
auf die Zahnstange 3
wirken.
Die Drehmomentüber-
tragung erfolgt über die
Keilverbindung 27 an der
Zahnritzelwelle 2.
HINWEIS:
Diese Verbindung sollte
immer zusätzlich als
Klemmverbindung
ausgeführt werden.

Description

L'élément rotatif DA 16
comprend un boîtier en
aluminium 1, l'arbre formant
pignon 2, les crémaillères 3
et 4, le joint en U à lèvres
31, la plaque d'arrêt 7 et les
vis d' arrêt 12. L'arbre
formant pignon repose sur
les roulements rainurés à
billes 28.
L'angle de rotation est
réglable au moyen des vis
d'arrêt 12, qui agissent vers
la gauche ou vers la droite
sur la crémaillère 3, selon
leur sens de rotation.
Le couple se transmet via le
clavetage 27 à l'arbre
formant pignon 2.
INDICATION:
Il convient en outre toujours
de réaliser cette jonction en
tant qu'accouplement de
serrage.

L'angolo di rotazione è
regolabile mediante le viti di
arresto 12 le quali, a
seconda se il senso di
rotazione sia sinistrorso o
destrorso, agiscono sulla
cremagliera 3.
La trasmissione del
momento torcente avviene
tramite il calettamento a
chiavetta 27 sull'albero a
pignone dentato 2.
AVVERTENZA:
Tale calettamento deve
sempre essere eseguito
come accoppiamento
bloccato.

The DA 16 pneumatic
rotary drive consists of

rack rods 3 and 4, the
slotted ring 31, the stop

screws 12. The pinion
shaft is mounted in
grooved ball-bearings
28.
The angle of rotation
can be set by means of
the stop-screws 12,
which operate on the
rack rod 3, to the left or
right according to the
direction of rotation.
The torque is
transmitted via the
slotted connection 27 at
the pinion shaft 2.
NOTE:
This connection should
always be additionally
executed as a clamped
connection.
