Wartung

Die präventive Wartung
beschränkt sich auf das
regelmässige Reinigen des
Elementes.
Störungen und
Störungsbehebung
Eine Blockierung des
Elementes oder ruckartige
Bewegungen können die
Folgen einer mangelhaften
Druckluft-Versorgung,
schadhafter Dichtungen oder
Schäden an Kugellagern
oder der Verzahnung sein.
Für den Ersatz schadhafter
Dichtungen verwenden Sie
bitte den Dichtungssatz
DA 16 (Artikel-Nr. 40.01.900),
welchem eine genaue
Einbauanleitung beiliegt.
Für den Ersatz schadhafter
Kugellager gehen Sie wie
folgt vor (vgl. Zeichnung im
Kapitel Ersatzteilliste):
1. Der Reihe nach folgende
Teile entfernen:
Sicherungsringe
(Pos. 26) entfernen.
2. Ritzelwelle (Pos. 2)
auspressen.
3. Rillenkugellager
(Pos. 28) entfernen.
4. Neues Rillenkugellager
einsetzen und Element in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge
zusammenbauen.

Entsorgung

Nicht mehr verwendbare
Drehantriebe DA 16 sollen
nicht als ganze Einheiten,
sondern demontiert in
Einzelteile und nach Art des
Materials rezykliert werden.
Die Art des Materials jedes
Einzelteils ist in der
Ersatzteilliste aufgeführt.
Nicht rezyklierbares Material
ist artgerecht zu entsorgen!

Entretien

L'entretien préventif se limite
au nettoyage régulier de
l'élément.
Pannes et dépannage
Le blocage d'un élément ou
des mouvements saccadés
peuvent être la suite d'une
mauvaise alimentation en air
comprimé, de joints défectueux
ou bien de dommages aux
roulements à billes ou à une
denture.
Pour remplacer des joints
endommagés, prière d'utiliser
la pochette de joints DA 16
(no art. 40.01.900), qui est
accompagnée d'instructions de
montage précises.
Pour échanger des roulements
à billes défectueux, procéder
comme suit (v. le dessin au
chapitre Liste des pièces de
rechange) :
1. Oter, dans l'ordre, les
pièces suivantes:
Oter les circlips
(pos. 26).
2. Faire sortir l'arbre formant
pignon (pos. 2).
3. Enlever les roulements
rainurés à billes (pos. 28).
4. Monter les nouveaux
roulements rainurés à billes
et recomposer l'élément en
procédant en sens inverse.

Evacuation

Les éléments rotatifs
DA 16 qui ne sont plus
utilisables doivent être recyclés
non en bloc, mais après
démontage en pièces
individuelles, selon les sortes
de matériaux. Le matériau
utilisé pour chaque pièce
individuelle est spécifié dans la
liste des pièces de rechange.
Les matériaux non recyclables
devront être éliminés selon
leur nature.

Manutenzione
La manutenzione preventiva
si limita a una pulizia regolare
dell'unità.
Malfunzionamenti ed
eliminazione di guasti
Un inceppamento dell'unità o
un suo funzionamento
irregolare potrebbero essere
causati da una scarsa
alimentazione pneumatica,
da guarnizioni logore o da
cuscinetti a sfere o dentatura
usurati.
Per la sostituzione di
guarnizioni logore, si
raccomanda di usare il gioco
di guarnizioni
DA 16 (art. n 40.01.900)
corredato da precise
istruzioni per il montaggio.
Per la sostituzione di
cuscinetti a sfere consumati,
procedere nel modo
seguente (v. disegno nel
capitolo Lista parti di
ricambio):
1. Smontare nell'ordine i
seguenti componenti:
Smontare gli anelli di
sicurezza (pos. 26).
2. Estrarre l'albero a
pignone (pos. 2).
3. Smontare i cuscinetti a
sfere a gola profonda
(pos. 28).
4. Inserire il nuovo
cuscinetto e rimontare
l'unità seguendo l'ordine
inverso.
Smaltimento
Le unità rotanti DA 16
divenute inutilizzabili non
devono essere smaltite come
unità complete ma smontate
nei loro singoli componenti,
da riciclare a seconda del
tipo di materiale. I materiali di
composizione dei vari
componenti sono descritti
nella lista delle parti di
ricambio. Materiali non
riciclabili devono essere
smaltiti a norme di legge!

Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is
limited to regular cleaning of
the element.
Faults and corrective
action
Blockage of the element or
jerky movements may be
the consequence of a faulty
compressed-air supply,
damaged seals or damage
to the ball-bearings or gear
wheels.
For replacement of
damaged seals please use
the DA 16 seal set (Part
No. 40.01.900), which
includes detailed fitting
instructions.
For replacement of
defective ball-bearings,
proceed as follows (see
drawing in the Spare Parts
List section):
1. Remove the following
parts, in the order given:
Remove the locking rings
(pos. 26).
2. Force out the pinion shaft
(pos. 2).
3. Remove the grooved ball-
bearing (pos. 28).
4. Fit the new ball-bearing
and re-assemble the
element in the reverse
order.

Disposal

DA 16 rotary drives which
can no longer be used
should not be disposed of
as complete units but
should be taken to pieces
and the parts recycled in
accordance with the type of
material. The material used
for each part is indicated in
the spare parts list. Non-
recyclable material should
be disposed of in the
appropriate way.
