Navigating in the menus

 Press the M E N U button to open the menus.
 Use the direction buttons  or  to select the setting you would like to change.
 Press the O K button or the  button. The appropriate submenu opens.
 Use the direction buttons  or  to select the required option and press the O K button to
confirm.
 The M E N U button returns you to the previous level at any time.
