Remove and w ash the squeegee
Drain the recovery tank
Drain, rinse w ith clean w ater or sanificate the
recovery tank
Charge the batteries
Check the acid level in the battery cells (if batte-
ries are not maintenance-free)
Remove brushes and check for brush w ear, foreign
bodies and w rapped belts
Verify the machine general conditions.
Verify that suction hose and conduct are free
from obstructions
Check the w ear of the squeegee rubber blades
Open and clean the solution w ater filter
Clean the brush plate, squeegee support and
squeegee
Check the lifting/low ering of the brush plate.
Check the lifting/low ering of the squeegee.
Grease the moving parts.
Check the control cable for the opening of the so-
lution w ater tap.
Verify the security devices ( emergency sw itch, me-
chanical or electromechanical brake, operator safety
sw itch, etc).
Descale w ater hoses.

 The battery connector is disconnected or poorly
attached to the main w iring connector.
 Firmly connect the tw o connectors.
 The machine is charging.
 Complete the charging operation.
 The batteries are discharged.
 Charge the batteries.
