To call up the setup menu:
1) Press the key [SHIFT] and then press the key
[MENU] .
The display will show:
PROTOCOLƊPELCO-D
2) Use the joystick  to select the correspond-
ing control protocol .
3) Use the joystick  to go to the next menu
item .
The display will show:
BAUD RATƊ2400
4) Use the joystick  to select the correspond-
ing baud rate .
5) Use the joystick  to go to the menu item
.
ƊEXIT
6) Use the joystick  to exit the menu .
3.2.2 Password protection
The controller can be protected against unau-
thorized operation by means of a 4-digit code .
The password protection is deactivated in the
factory settings . Activation and deactivation of
the password protection via the menu is de-
scribed below (faster change of settings via

shortcuts chapter 3 .2 .4) .
1) Press the keys [SHIFT]  [MENU] to call up
the setup menu .
2) Use the joystick  to go to the following
menu item .
PASSWORD ENABLE
(password protection deactivated)
ƊNO
3) Use the joystick  to change the setting to:
PASSWORD ENABLE
(password protection activated)
ƊYES
To deactivate, move the joystick to the
right  .
Note: If the joystick was moved to the left in this
menu item, the menu can only be exited via the
key [PGM] .
4) Use the joystick  to go to the menu item

ƊEXIT
5) Use the joystick  to exit the menu .
When the password protection has been acti-
vated, you will have to enter the password when
you exit the menu or every time you switch on
the power supply before the controller can be
operated .
The default password in the factory settings is

To change the password:
1) Press the keys [SHIFT]  [MENU] to call up
the setup menu .
2) Use the joystick  to go to the following
menu item .
PASSWORD:
Ɗ____
3) Use the numeric keys [0] ... [9] to enter a
4-digit sequence . Make sure to remember it!
4) Press the key [PGM] . The new password will
be saved and the menu will be exited .
3.2.3 Zoom function via joystick
The function ZOOM to control the lens cannot
only be activated via the keys [TELE] and [WIDE];
it can also be activated by rotating the joystick in
the operating mode „3D" . If this is not desired,
change the operating mode to „2D" to deac-
tivate this function of the joystick . The menu
will only indicate the current operating mode .

sponding shortcuts (
