standards and regulations that apply to it. In particular, the

Eggs hygiene
14.1.
Good hygiene is a good prerequisite for
successful hatching. Poor hygiene will cause
death during the first 10 days of hatching.
Use only clean eggs - Dirty eggs can cause
bacteria overgrow
Clean dirty eggs in 44-49 °C water.
Dry them with a paper napkin
Incubator hygiene
14.2.
After every hatching process it`s important to
clean and disinfect the incubator.
Use common disinfect detergent and then
disinfect the machine with a cleaner based
EG. on chlorine
Never use solvents and other toxic substances
(thinners ...)
When cleaning, the machine has to be
disconnected from the electrical network!
