DESCRIZIONE
Il mandrino e' particolarmente indicata per la
lucidatura delle coste, ma per le sue ridotte
dimensioni, può essere impiegata anche nella
lucidatura di piani, bassifondi etc.
La testa e' composta da un corpo fisso contenente
il riduttore ad ingranaggi ed un corpo rotante nel
quale sono alloggiati gli alberi portamola. questi
sono inclinati rispetto all'asse della testa che
permette una maggiore asportazione da parte della
mola abrasiva durante la lavorazione nonche' una
maggiore finitura.
La trasmissione è realizzata con ingranaggi
cilindrici con profilo del dente rettificato costruiti in
acciaio ad alta qualità cementato e temperato.

edges but, since it is small, it may also be used to
pollsh flat surfaces, shallow cavities, etc.
The cast iron casing is composed of a fixed body
containing the gear reduction unit and a rotating
body which houses the grinding wheel holder shafts.
These are tilted with respect to the head's axis to
allow greater removal by the abrasive grinding
wheel during processing, as well as a better finish.
Transmission is carried out with spur gears with
ground tooth contour made of high quallty
case-hardened, tempered steel.
BESCHREIBUNG
Die Spindel ist besonders für die Politur von Kanten
geeignet. Wegen ihrer reduzierten Abmessungen
kann sie aber auch beim Polieren von ebenen
Flächen verwendet werden.
Das Gusseisen-Gehäuse besteht aus einem festen
Gehäuseteil mit einem Untersetzungsgetriebe und
einem rotierenden Gehäuseteil, in dem sich die
Schleifscheibenhalterwellen befinden.
Diese sind im Verhältnis zur Achse des Kopfteils
geneigt, so dass eine höhere Abtragsleistung der
Schleifscheibe beim Arbeitsvorgang sowie eine
bessere Endbearbeitung erreicht wird.
Die Übertragung erfolgt über Stirnrädergetriebe mit
geschliffenem Zahnprofil aus einsatzgehärtetem
Hochqualitäts-Stahl. Der Kopf kann mit einem Lager
