Toasting bread
1. Uncoil the supply cable.

3. Insert two slices of white or other bread to be toasted into the slots (1).
4. Set the required toasting time using selector (6). Positions 1 – 7 corresponding
to the required toasting level (1 = lightest, 7 = darkest). The toasting time should
be set according to the user's personal taste and the type and freshness of the
bread used. If you are using the unit for the fi rst time, we recommend selecting
position 3 or 4 (Fig. 1).
5. Lower the bread into the toasting slots by pressing the lever (5) downwards until
it clicks and remains in this position. The unit turns on. The operation indicator

7. Finished toast is ejected automatically after the selected toasting time expires.
For easier removal you can raise the toast up several millimetres using the bread
lowering lever (5)
8. If you want to stop toasting before the selected time elapses, press the STOP
button (3).
9. Unplug the unit from the mains after you fi nish toasting.
