Description of the appliance
The hot dog machine consists of a heated container for cooking and keeping hot dogs in a
damp atmosphere created by means of the water placed in the water tank.
The container is composed of a Pyrex glasse casing placed over the tank. This casing holds a
2 compartment basket : one for the hot dogs being cooked, the other for the cooked hot
dogs. The hot dogs never come into contact with the water, they are just gently cooked.
The heating pins (3 or 4) enable toasting of the inside of the bread into which you will slide
the hot dog.
An energy regulator enables the temperature of the element to be modulated qualified
personnel. They must be installed in accordance with current regulations by a qualified
installer.
The identification plate is located at the back of the appliance.

Operation
CS hot dog machines are fitted with :
-
A heat regulator
-
Fill the water tank up to the maximum level (maximum corresponds to 5 cm of
water)
-
Set the energy regulator at full power to obtain rapid pre-heating
-
Once the appliance is hot, use the appliance as convenient for you
-
For continuous heating, turn the regulator button to the C position.
Warning: Always operate your appliance with water in the tank.
The appliance should not be moved during use.
Care and maintenance
Before starting to clean, disconnect the appliance and leave it to cool.
You can clean the metal parts of your appliance with a damp sponge and a little washing-up.
Never clean your appliance under running water: water entering the system might damage it.
Never place your appliance above a source of steam.
