GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE

Try to find a solution for the problem with the help of the troubleshooting table and the breakdown codes.

If you cannot find a solution for the problem or the breakdown code keeps re-occuring, contact Inventum

TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE

Problem
The appliance does not start.
The operation indicator on the
control panel shows U.
A cooking zone switches off
automatically. The operation
indicator shows H.
The operation indicator on the
control panel shows L.
BREAKDOWN CODES
The breakdown codes are shown on the operation indicator on the control panel.

Possible cause
There is no mains supply.
The appliance is locked.
The touch buttons are covered with

Possible solution
Do a check if the mains plug is
correctly connected to the
mains socket.
