1. The seller provides a product warranty for 24 months from the date of sale to the consumer.
2. The seller is obligated to complete the warranty certificate upon sale with the date and stamp of the
store. It is not permitted to date and stamp the warranty certificate after the product is sold.
3. In the event of a complaint, the consumer must present the original Warranty Certificate, the original
product purchase receipt and make a record of the claimed event (a description of the circumstances
in which the defect occurred or a brief description of the defect with the consumer's request).
4. The product on the claim will only be accepted if it's clean.
5. The warranty period shall be extended when the consumer has filed a claim for warranty repairs until
the time the consumer is obliged to take on the product after repairs are completed.
6. The warranty expires if the consumer or other person, after purchase, does not follow instructions
during assembly, maintenance, cleaning and use in accordance with the instructions for use contained
in these warranty terms. The consumer is not entitled to make any changes to the product.
7. For mechanical damage due to improper use, in particular scratches, breakage of plastic parts, cracked
or broken joints, discolouration of cover colours resulting from non-compliant cleaning or brightening
caused by exposure of the product to direct sunlight or moisture, a claim will not apply. It is also not
possible to claim for cracked parts due to a fall, abrasion or tearing of the cover and wear-and-tear of
the product by normal use. The claim cannot be applied if product parts are stolen, lost or damaged by
their own fault. These defects will be repaired by the consumer, including shipping costs.
8. The buyer was shown how to assemble the car seat upon purchase or it was assembled by the seller.

the item. The provision of the guarantee is without prejudice to the buyer's rights, which are subject to
the purchase of the item in accordance with special legal regulations.
