Insert the connector panel and its attached harnesses into
the hole left by the cover plate. Pull the long harness
through the board slot space and out through the top, and
the short harness out through the bottom.
Secure the connector panel using the screws removed from
the cover plate in step 1.

Route the harness through the cable holders, as shown in
the figure.
