WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1) The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods
and is 2 (two) years.
2) The whole including all parts of the merchandise, are covered by
the warranty.
3) If it is understood that the goods are defective, the consumer can
use one of the following rights stated in the Article 11 of Law on Pro-
tection of Consumer numbered 6502.
a) To cancel the Contract,
b) To request a discount from the sales price,
c) To request a repair free of charge,
ç) To Request the sold goods to be replaced with the non-defective
one
4) If the consumer chooses the right to free repair from these rights,
seller is responsible for the cost of labour, the cost of replaced part or
making repair or having the goods repaired without demanding any
fee under any other title. The consumer can also use the free repair
right against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, producer and
importer are severally responsible for the exercise of such right of the
user.
5) If the consumer uses free repair right for the goods;
- Repeat of failure during the warranty period,
- The maximum period required for the repair is exceeded,
- The appliance is deemed beyond repair upon a report by an author-
ized service station, seller, manufacturer or importer.
In case of above mentioned points, the consumer may request the
seller to refund the price of the goods, discount the price in line with
the defect or replace the goods with the new goods if possible. The
seller cannot reject the request of the consumer. In case this request is
not fulfilled, seller, producer and importer are severally responsible.
6) The repair period of the goods cannot exceed 20 business days.
This period starts from the delivery date of the goods to the author-
ized service station on the date of notification to the authorized ser-
vice station or vendor within the warranty period and to the author-
ized service station if the warranty period has expired.
