UPPER LID LOCKING POSITION:
* You can lock the upper body by means
of the button located on the grip handle of
your appliance. Push the button back to
bring your appliance to the OFF position,
pull the button forward for the ON
position. (Figure 4)

* The oil that accumulates on the plates
of your appliance is collected in the oil
container (Figure 3)
PLATE REMOVAL BUTTONS:
*These are the buttons for removing the
plates of your appliance. Simply press the
button to remove the plates. (Figure 5)
NOTE: DO NOT immerse your
appliance in water, except its cooking
plates!!
