Indicazioni di carattere generale
• I tubi da collegare devono essere posizionati sullo stesso asse ed opportunamente sostenuti per
evitare sollecitazioni di flessione.
• La valvola deve essere posizionata in una zona di facile accesso alla leva di comando e nella quale lo
spazio di manovra sia sgombro da ostacoli.
• Assicurarsi che durante le operazioni di montaggio la valvola non venga esposta ad urti e
che nessuno oggetto si possa accidentalmente interporre tra la sfera ed il corpo della valvola,
impedendone o limitandone il movimento relativo.
- Ogni alterazione o manomissione di qualunque parte della valvola porta alla cessazione immediata
della garanzia. Il costruttore non si assume nessuna responsabilità per errori dovuti ad un'installazione
non corretta della valvola o alla mancata interpretazione di questo foglio istruzioni.
- Assicurarsi che la valvola a sfera permetta una portata sufficiente per l'uso previsto.
- Tutti gli impianti devono essere eseguiti in conformità alle norme vigenti locali e/o nazionali di
installazione e alle norme di buona tecnica esistenti.
- E' indispensabile seguire le istruzioni di installazione del produttore della valvola a sfera.

Lignes directrices générales
Les tuyaux à connecter doivent être placés sur le même axe et soutenus de façon à éviter les
contraintes de flexion. La vanne doit être positionnée dans une zone d'accès facile pour le levier
de commande et dans lequel l' e space de manœuvre est libre de tout obstacle. Assurez-vous que
pendant les opérations de montage la vanne n' e st pas exposée à des coups et qu'aucun objet ne
peut être accidentellement placé entre la sphère et le corps de la vanne, ce qui pourrait empêcher
ou limiter le mouvement relatif.
- Toute modification ou mauvaise utilisation d'une partie quelconque de la vanne conduit à l'arrêt
immédiat de la garantie. Le fabricant n'assume aucune responsabilité pour les erreurs dues à une
mauvaise installation de la vanne ou à la non-exécution de cette feuille d'instructions.
- S'assurer, que la vanne à sphère assure le bon débit en adéquation à l'usage prévu.
- Toutes les installations doivent être réalisées en conformité avec les règlementations nationales ou
locales en vigueur et en conformité avec les règles de l'art.
- Il est impératif de suivre les instruction de montage du fabricant.

Allgemeine Hinweise
Die zu verbindenden Rohre müssen auf der gleichen Achse positioniert werden und passend
gestützt um Biegespannungen zu vermeiden. Der Kugelhahn muss in einem Bereich positioniert sein,
der einen einfachen Zugang zu dem Betätigungshebel hat. Der Raum muss frei von Verhinderungen
sein. Bei den Montagearbeiten vermeiden Sie Schläge oder Stöße am Kugelhahn aus. Es dürfen
sich keine Fremdkörper zwischen Kugel und Körper am Kugelhahn befinden, die die Betätigung
verhindern oder begrenzen können.
- Bei jeglicher Veränderung oder Manipulation des Ventils erlischt sofort der Garantieanspruch. Der
Hersteller übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Fehler aufgrund unsachgemäßer Installation des
Ventils oder verfehlter Interpretation dieser Anleitung.
- Eine Verschlechterung oder Zerstörung eines Teils des Kugelhahns wird zu der Notwendigkeit
führen, das komplette Ventil zu ersetzen: Änderungen irgendeines Bauteils führen dazu, dass das
Ventil nicht mehr den Leistungsanforderungen gerecht wird.

General indications
• The pipes to be connected shall be positioned
on the same axis and opportunely supported
in order to avoid bending stresses.
• The valve shall be placed in an area easily accessible to the drive lever and where the manoeuvre space
is free from obstacles.
• Make sure that during the assembly operations, the valve will not be exposed to impacts and that no
object could accidentally interpose between the ball and the valve body, preventing and limiting the relative
movement.
- Any alteration executed to the valve or any of its components, leads to the product warranty to cease.
The manufacturer deny liability for the product miss-use or for the missing interpretation of the present
assembly and use directives.
- Any deterioration or destruction of any part of the ball valve shall result in the need to replace the complete
valve: alterations of any part of the complete valve shall result in the valve no longer being in compliance
with the performance requirements of this document.
- Ensure that the ball valve allows an adequate flow rate for its intended use.
- All installations should be performed in accordance with existing local installation regulations and codes
of practice where they exist.
- It is imperative to follow the installation instructions of the ball valve manufacturer.

Las tuberías a conectar deben instalarse en el mismo eje que la válvula y soportarse correctamente para
evitar esfuerzos de flexión. La válvula debe colocarse en una zona de fácil acceso a la palanca y con un
espacio operativo libre de obstáculos.
Verificar que durante la instalación la válvula no esté expuesta a golpes y que ningún objeto quede alojado
accidentalmente entre la esfera y el cuerpo de la válvula, impidiendo o limitando la rotación de la esfera.
- Cualquier modificación o alteración de cualquier parte de la válvula conduce a la pérdida inmediata
de garantía. El fabricante no asume ninguna responsabilidad por los errores debidos a una instalación
incorrecta de la válvula o por incumplimiento de esta hoja de instrucciones.
- Asegurarse que la válvula de esfera permita un caudal suficiente para el uso previsto
- Todas las instalaciones deben estar conformes con las normativas vigentes locales o nacionales y a las
normativas técnicas existentes.
- Es indispensable seguir las instrucciones de instalación del fabricante de la válvula de esfera.
