VII. Inbetriebnahme
Abdrücken
Pressen Sie nach Möglichkeit die Anlage mit 6 bar
luft ab, um damit die Dichtheit des gesamten
Systems zu prüfen.
Befüllen Sie die Anlage mit der vorgeschriebenen
Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit (hochtemperatur-sowie
frostschutzbeständig;siehe beligendes Sicherheits-
datespülen Sie die Anlage mit einer elektrischen
B e f ü l l p u m p e ( n i c h t m i t d e r H a n d p u m p e )
ausreichend, um damit eventuelle Lufteinschlüsse
zu beseitigen. DerWert sollte nun einem Druck von
3 bar entsprechen.
Stellen Sieuerung nach den Herstellerangaben ein.
Legen Sie die Durchflussmenge in Abhängigkeit zur
Absoberfläche fest und stellen Sie diesen Wert in
Ihrer Anlage ein.
Sollte das Dach nicht genau nach Süden abfallen,
müssen die Kollektorröhren von lhnen nach
folgenden Massen positioniert werden.
Ist die Abweichung um einen Winkel "a" gegeben,
verdrehen Sie die Kollektoren um den angegebene
Winkel "b" aus der Horizontalen in Richtung
Mittagssonne:
Dachneigung 45°:
Dachneigung 30°:
Adjust vacuum tube and keep the selective coating
side to face upward.
In case the roof is not oriented exactly to the south but
deviates by an angle "a", the vacuum tube should be
turned with anangle of "b" into the direction of the
zenith of the sun:

Kollektorröhre die untere Halteklammer.
Vorsicht:
Tragen Sie hierbei Schutzhandschuhe, die
Halteklammer ist scharfkantig!
Put the end cap of tube into the clip, if
necessary adjust the location of the bottom
support. The end of the tube shall rest on the
rubber strip of the bottom support. Close clip.
Watch out: Clip is sharp; take gloves!
VII. Prepare before operation
Leakage checking
Pump air into system till 6 bar and check
whether there are leakages of connections in
the whole system.
System cleaning
Pump warm transfer medium into system with
electrical pump or hand pump, clean system
and outgas the air from system.
Adding working medium
After system cleaning, pump working medium
into system till pressure to 3 bar.
A d j u s t t h e c o n t r o l l e r a c c o r d i n g t o t h e
requirement of manufacturer; fix the flow rate
that relies on the absorber area and adjust it in
controller. And not the unit of measuring.
