12. Care and maintenance
• Clean the device with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or scouring agents.
• Turn off the device if you do not use it for a long period of time. Slide the POWER ON/OFF switch to OFF.
• Keep the device in a dry place.

13. Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
➜ Slide the POWER ON/OFF switch to ON
No display on the device
➜ Charge the device via micro-USB cable (included)
➜ Press and hold the 12/24/▼ button for 2 seconds to activate the reception
No DCF reception
➜ Wait for an attempt reception during the night
➜ Choose another place for your product
➜ Set the clock manually
➜ Check if there is any source of interference
➜ Restart the instrument according to the manual
If your device fails to work despite these measures, contact the retailer where you purchased the product.
